The online databases are an excellent resource at school and at home.  They include video resources, audio clips, journal articles, and reference books.  The great thing is that you don't have to wonder whether or not the information is valuable.  The databases will save you from surfing the net and provide the solid academic research you need.

Thomson Gale Database:  This database has a wide range of resources.  It includes the Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center and resources related to Literature, Science, Geography, and Cultures.
