If you and your family have moved into the Woodcreek High School boundaries, please be sure to stop by the main office, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30-4:00 to set up registration with our registrar.

Required documents to enroll your student.   Please provide copies, originals will NOT be accepted.

1) A COPY of your monthly mortgage statement, or a current copy of a signed rental agreement, or a tax bill.

2) A COPY of a current  Electric or Water bill with your name and address.  (NO cable or telephone bills can be accepted).

3) A COPY of your childs immunizations.
